Keith M. Peyton received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California in 2010 where he was active in the University's student affairs and residential life serving as a leader in student organizations, a Lutheran peer minister, and a residential advisor. The University of Southern California awarded Mr. Peyton the Order of Troy for extraordinary service to the campus community.
Mr. Peyton received his J.D. from the University of Washington in 2014. Mr. Peyton received the highest grades in his law school class in International and Comparative Law, Immigration, and Constitutional Law II: Equal Protection and Due Process. While attending law school, Mr. Peyton worked as a representative for a major legal research company assisting law students, faculty, and staff with legal research. Additionally during law school, he interned for both a local prosecutor's office and a federal agency in Washington State.
Although born in the Los Angeles area, Mr. Peyton has deep family roots in Stanislaus County dating back five generations. He comes from a long line of tree farmers in the Patterson area.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peyton worked for Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, LLP, defending employers in workers' compensation maters.
Mr. Peyton is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He is a member of the California State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Stanislaus County Bar Association.
Mr. Peyton currently practices in the area of civil litigation, business law, government tort claims defense and administrative/govermnent law.
